Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about upgrading your typing experience.
What is the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky switches?
Linear switches are smooth and quiet, tactile switches have a noticeable bump when pressed, and clicky switches provide both a tactile bump and an audible click sound.
Are your keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Yes, most of our keyboards are compatible with both operating systems. Many models include extra keycaps for Mac layouts and a toggle switch to change modes.
How long does shipping take for custom builds?
Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Custom-assembled keyboards require an additional 3-5 days for assembly and quality testing before being dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on your mechanical keyboards?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all keyboards covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by liquid spills or unauthorized modifications.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition. Please note that custom-built keyboards may be subject to a restocking fee.
What does 'hot-swappable' mean?
Hot-swappable means you can change your keyboard switches without any soldering. You simply pull the switch out with a tool and plug in a new one.
